How do Freedom Passes work?
The passes are now “e-tickets” and you buy one pass for your entire holiday. Your “pass” will be emailed to you as an “e-voucher” number which is good for the number of nights you have purchased for the number of people in your party. You can then use this e-voucher to pay for your accommodation as you travel around at any of the participating properties or you can pre-book some or all your tour at any time on www.discoverbookings.com where you can also browse a full colour hotel directory, download a pdf version or a handy summary quick print version.

We recommend this Go-As-You-Please option for those who do not want to book in advance and wish to have a totally open itinerary, but during high season in popular tourist areas we do recommend using the online advance booking option to secure rooms in high demand locations. This voucher system has been on the market for many years and is a well-proven product.

All vouchers (a minimum purchase two nights per person) must be bought before you leave home. There are no refunds if you decide to downgrade your accommodation. Unused open vouchers are refundable less an administration fee, (equivalent to two nights per person). Unused pre-booked vouchers are subject to cancellation fees.
